The Football War of Spain

The Barcelona empire is reeling with the loss of their General Tito. It is at it's weakest position in a lifetime. Although they were vanquished by a mighty force from the higher lands of the Third Reich last year, they still have Messi the Maximus. They have added to their infantry, the lighting quick and tricky archer from the Latin - Neymar.  The prospect to have the twig great soldiers within his rank was delight for General Tito. But fate was to play a bigger part. He relapsed into his cancer and will have to leave for the lands of Americanös for treatment. Barcelona have been looking for a Spartan in the defence although their choices are fast depleting. Adding insult to injury was to see Lord Gaurdiola take away their prodigy,Alcantara, to their nemesis of last year. Who they appoint the new guardian of their city will also have say about their fortune.

This represents a golden opportunity for the newly appointed Don of Madrid, Senor Ancelotti. Don Ancelotti comes as a refreshing wave for the Madridstas and gives a break from the tyrannous Jose the Special one. Don Ancelotti has wasted no time in bringing a world class orchestrator - Isco. But he lacks a sophisticated , modern target man upfront. Talks are mostly about two players Suarez the wolf or Ibra the kadabra. Both are highly egotist and a possible internal feud with the greatest ego in the war Ronaldo the Achilles looks on cards. If the Whites in Madrid were to start their era, Don Ancelotti needs to keep this feud from disturbing the Harmony.


Only Time will tell what happens, for Time only is the creator and the destroyer. But one thing is sure, the war for Spanish supremacy might not have been this interesting in recent memory.

The magic happened at 9 PM on a Tuesday in June'25. There was waiting, then cries and shivering. But the process had started around 8.30 in the morning. The water broke as she sat in the living room. Even the Leave campaign supporters woke up to the shock that they had won. Brexit was finally here. It was so crude that the National Democratic Party of Britain had to admit the fact, within hours, that the 350m Pound it had promised to bring back into the National Health System was a lie. Another point they admitted was that migration would not be stopped. The remain campaign also had their fair share of lies. But sadly, they did not get a chance to admit them.
